चंडीगढ़(सुनील):आज कल जिस तरह कि जीवन शैली है उसी तरह के  साहित्य की भी झलक अब देखने को नही बल्कि सही मायनों में पढने को मिलेगी।नई पीढ़ी के बोल-चाल और व्यवहार की बातें और किस्से पहले भी लिखे जाते थे ,आज के नवयुवक के सामने जो कष्ट है जिस भाषा का प्रयोग हम रोजाना की गतिविधियों में करते है उसी के आधार पर ,छात्र वर्ग का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए दोनों भाषाओं को बरावर का दर्जा देकर लेखक पंकज दुबे ने पुस्तिका"लूजर कहीं का"लिखी है।  जिस पर आने वाले समय में वह फ़िल्म भी बनाएंगे। 
  नगरबाणी से हुई प्रेसवार्ता में पंकज दुबे ने कहा कि मैंने अपने करियर की शुरुआत बीबीसी से की उसके बाद दो शॉर्ट फ़िल्म ,2013 में बनी फ़िल्म 'घनचक्र'में मैंने स्क्रिप्ट सुपरवाइजर का व आने वाली फिल 'चौरन्गा' में काम किया है।इस पुस्तिका से पहले में दो और पुस्तिकाएं लिख चूका हूँ।लूजर कहीं का पुस्तिका मैंने विशेष तौर पर विद्यार्थियों टिप्पणी करते हुए उनकी ज़िंदगी के हिस्से को इस पुस्तिका में संजोया है। जब कोई छोटे शहर से बड़े शहर में आता है तो कैसे ,किस तरह से वे सर्वाइव करता है।जिसकी कहानी दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी में उतरी भारत के इलाकों से आये विद्यार्थियों के इर्द-गिर्द गुमती है।उनके सामने क्या-क्या मुश्किलें आती है कैसी अपनी पहचान बनाते है कैसी बाते करते है।दुबे ने कहा कॉन्डम से भी सस्ते आजकल फ़ोन कॉल हो गये है,ऐसी कुछ बाते है जो हमे अपने दोस्तों से भी करते है। इसी तरह के किस्सों का जिक्र पुस्तिका में किया गया है क्योंकि हर कोई लूज़र है, लूजर काम  हर कोई करता है।मेरा मुख्य उदेश्य लोगों का मनोरजन करना है जो कभी किताबें नहीं पढ़ता हो वह भी लूज़र कहीं का पढ़े।क्योकि इसमे खाश बात है आजकल की आम भाषा और बातों को खाश बनाया गया है।

Chandigh surarvive

As many as 2.35 lakh people in Chandigh surarvive on less than Rs 1,155 per capita per month. In a city that boasts one of the highest per capita vehicle density and ranks among the highest per capita income, 21.8 per cent of the population is below poverty line as per the data released recently by the Planning Commission. In fact, among the Union Territories, Chandigarh ranks the second highest in the number of people below poverty line after Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
The nationwide survey was conducted by National Sample Survey Office of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. The people below poverty line have been ascertained on the basis of per capita per month expenditure.
Poverty line of Punjab has been used for both rural and urban areas of Chandigarh. For urban areas, it has been taken as Rs 1,155 while for the rural areas, it is Rs 1,054. As per the Census 2011 figures, Chandigarh has a population of 10.55 lakh people. Of these, 97 per cent reside in urban areas, including sectors and colonies. The remaining are in the rural areas.
As per the data of the Planning Commission, 2.34 lakh people or 22.31 per cent population in the urban areas is below poverty line. In the rural areas, 1.64 per cent people are below poverty line. This implies that a total of 2.35 lakh people or 21.8 per cent are in the category of poor.
During the last Lok Sabha elections in 2009, as many as 29 per cent of the voting population was in colonies while 57 per cent was in sectors. There are a large number of slums that have cropped up in the city over a period of time. Despite rehabilitation schemes being floated time and again, the city has not been able to get rid of the slums.
